Pool tile replacement and new waterline tile
Waterline tile takes the worst of the sun and hard water. When it's cracked or crusted with white scale, new tile cleans up the look of the whole pool.

Why waterline tile wears out first
The band of tile at the water's edge sits half in water and half in sun. Valley water is hard, so calcium scale builds up there as the water evaporates.
Over time grout fails and tiles crack or come loose. Once scale won't scrub off, new tile is often the simpler fix.
Glass, ceramic, porcelain, or stone
Glass tile gives a bright, shiny band at the waterline. Ceramic and porcelain usually cost less and come in lots of colors. Stone has a natural look that suits a desert yard.

How tile replacement works
We take off the old tile and prep the surface under it, so the new tile bonds and stays put. Then it's set and grouted.
Tile work on its own often only needs the water lowered below the tile line. If you're resurfacing too, the tile goes in while the pool is empty.

Pick tile with your finish and coping
Tile sits between the pool finish and the coping, so you see them in the same glance. Choose them together and the colors work as a set.
Our in-house crew does all of it. One company is on your job the whole time.

A clear plan
You see the scope, estimate, and schedule before work begins. Then you have a team you can talk to along the way.

Financing available
Financing options are available through our financing partners. Ask about them at your free consultation.
Can you replace just a few broken tiles?
Yes, we do tile repairs. If your tile has been discontinued, a match can be hard to find. Sometimes a full new row looks better than a patch.
Do I have to drain my pool for new tile?
Not always. The water often only needs to drop below the tile line. If you're resurfacing at the same time, the pool will be empty anyway.
What's the white crust on my tile?
That's calcium scale from hard water. Light scale can be cleaned off. If the tile under it is cracked or the grout is failing, new tile makes more sense.
Should I pick glass or stone tile?
Glass gives a bright, shiny look at the waterline. Stone looks more natural and earthy. We'll talk through both, with your finish and coping in mind, at your free visit.
How long does tile replacement take?
It depends on how much tile you're replacing. A tile job alone is shorter than a full remodel, which takes 1 to 4 weeks for most pools. You'll get a schedule before work starts.
How much does new pool tile cost?
It depends on how long your tile line is and which tile you pick. Glass usually costs more than ceramic. The on-site estimate is free.
Can I finance new tile?
Yes. Financing is available through Lyon Financial. We'll go over it at your estimate.

Geovani was a super star to work with. His team came in and chipped, hauled and gave our pool a major glow up in record time! Three things come to mind when working with Geovani. 1. Customer satisfaction. We originally picked a tile and when we got it, realized it was not it. We picked a new one and were super pumped when it arrived. He handled the return and that process. He wanted us happy. It felt more than just replacing our pool. He cares about what you want! 2. His pricing and quality. Our pool surface is so smooth. No lumps, bumps and they even added our waterline tile in the steps. It’s a unique and beautiful pool. Can’t believe it’s ours! 3. Communication. I loved communicating in Slack. Genius! 10/10 would recommend. His reviews are legit and should we need his services in the future, we won’t hesitate to reach out. That also includes referrals! Attached before and afters. Aqua azul with coldwater tile for the waterline and we did do a bag of glass beads (had them apply more to the steps for that extra ✨ sparkle!).
