Pool remodeling in Peoria
Peoria runs from Old Town, near Grand Avenue, north toward Lake Pleasant. We remodel pools across all of it from our office in west Phoenix, close to the Glendale line.

Planned communities in north Peoria
Much of north Peoria sits in planned communities like Vistancia. Many of their HOAs want to approve any change they can see, like a deck, pavers or coping.
Each community sets its own rules, so check yours before you pick materials. Bring what you learn to your free visit and we can plan around it.

Old Town homes bring older pools
South Peoria, around Old Town and Grand Avenue, has older homes than the north. Pools there are more likely to need a new skimmer or crack repair along with a new surface.
Ask us to look for both at the first visit.

Just north of our office
Peoria sits right above Glendale, a short way from our W Sells Dr office. The estimate is free, and financing through Lyon Financial can spread out the cost.

Do I need HOA approval for pool work in Vistancia?
For deck, paver or coping changes, often yes. Rules differ by community, so check yours first.
Can you use my HOA's approved deck colors?
Bring your HOA's color list to the estimate, and we can look at deck and coping options with it in mind.
My Old Town Peoria pool is older. Is a resurface enough?
Sometimes. Older pools may also need a new skimmer or crack repair. We check the shell and plumbing first, so you know before you sign.
How far is your office from Peoria?
Not far. We're at 8940 W Sells Dr in west Phoenix, near Glendale, which sits between us and Peoria.
Can you add pavers without redoing the whole yard?
Yes. Hardscaping can be its own project. We can widen the deck or add pavers and leave the rest of the yard alone.
Can I finance a remodel?
Yes, through Lyon Financial. Ask about it at your free estimate and we'll point you to the next step.
