Rough plaster, faded tile, and edges that shift are signs a pool needs work. Fixing them one at a time can cost more and still leave a pool that doesn't match the yard.
A remodel handles it as one plan. We look at the shell, the surface, the waterline, and the deck together, then lay out what to change first.
What a remodel can include
Most remodels mix a few of these. You pick what matters to you, and your written estimate covers what you choose.

Pool Resurfacing
A new interior finish over the pool shell you already have.
When your pool's surface turns rough or blotchy, a new finish fixes it without rebuilding the pool. You pick plaster, quartz, pebble, or mini pebble, and our own crew puts it on.
Pool Tile
New waterline and spa tile in glass, ceramic, porcelain or stone.
Waterline tile takes the worst of the sun and hard water. When it's cracked or crusted with white scale, new tile cleans up the look of the whole pool.
Coping
Stone, concrete or paver caps for the top edge of the pool.
Coping is the cap along the top of your pool wall, the edge you sit on and grab. When it cracks or shifts, it becomes a trip hazard and lets water into the joint below.
Structural Crack Repair
Find and fix cracks in the shell before they leak or spread.
A crack in your pool's wall or floor can let water out and grow over time. We find how far it runs and fix it at the source, before any new finish goes on.
Revival Package
Acid wash plus Microglass to brighten a sound but worn finish.
If your plaster or pebble is still sound but looks dull or stained, you may not need a new finish yet. The Revival Package cleans the surface with an acid wash, then seals it with Microglass.

How long does a pool remodel take?
Most remodels take 1 to 4 weeks, and the more you change, the longer it runs. You get a written schedule before we start.
Do I have to redo everything at once?
No. Some people start with the finish and tile and add the deck later. We'll tell you which jobs make sense to do together, so you don't pay twice for the same prep.
Can you change the shape of my pool?
Often, yes. A remodel can add steps, change the shape, or open up more deck. We check the shell on site to see what it can take.
Which finish should I choose?
Plaster costs the least. Quartz and pebble last longer and feel different underfoot. We'll help you compare the look, feel, and care of each one at your visit.
How much does a pool remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the pool and what you change. The visit is free, and we write the estimate around your project.
Can I finance my remodel?
Yes. Financing is available through Lyon Financial. We can walk you through it at your free visit.
Who does the work?
Our own in-house crews. We don't hand your pool to a different company halfway through.
