General questions

Can't find your answer? Call (602) 550-8627.

How long does a pool remodel take?

Most remodels take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the work involved. We'll go through a detailed schedule with you before the project starts.

Which pool finishes can I choose from?

Options include pebble, quartz, plaster, and tile. We'll help you compare the look, feel, and care each finish needs.

Can you change my pool's shape or layout?

Yes. A remodel can include changes to the pool's shape, new steps, or more deck space. An on-site visit helps us work out what's possible for your pool.

How much will my pool remodel cost?

That depends on the pool, the materials, and the scope of work. Your consultation is free, and we'll prepare an estimate around your project.

Do you work in my part of the Valley?

We serve Greater Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and nearby communities. Send us your address to confirm coverage.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are available through our financing partners. Ask us about the current options during your consultation.

Pool remodel questions

Do I have to redo everything at once?

No. Some people start with the finish and tile and add the deck later. We'll tell you which jobs make sense to do together, so you don't pay twice for the same prep.

Can you change the shape of my pool?

Often, yes. A remodel can add steps, change the shape, or open up more deck. We check the shell on site to see what it can take.

Which finish should I choose?

Plaster costs the least. Quartz and pebble last longer and feel different underfoot. We'll help you compare the look, feel, and care of each one at your visit.

How much does a pool remodel cost?

It depends on the size of the pool and what you change. The visit is free, and we write the estimate around your project.

Can I finance my remodel?

Yes. Financing is available through Lyon Financial. We can walk you through it at your free visit.

Who does the work?

Our own in-house crews. We don't hand your pool to a different company halfway through.

Resurfacing questions

Can't find your answer? Call (602) 550-8627.

Does my pool need resurfacing or just a repair?

A small crack or chip can often be patched. If rough spots and stains cover a lot of the pool, a new surface makes more sense. We'll tell you which one at your free visit.

Which finish lasts the longest?

Pebble generally lasts longer than plaster or quartz. Plaster costs less up front. It comes down to price and how long you plan to keep the pool.

Do you have to drain my pool?

Yes. The pool has to be empty so the old surface can be prepped and the new finish can go on. It's refilled once the finish is on.

How long does resurfacing take?

Most of our projects take 1 to 4 weeks, and adding new tile or coping makes it longer. You'll get a schedule before we start.

How much does pool resurfacing cost?

It depends on the size of your pool and the finish you pick. Plaster is the lower-cost choice, and pebble costs more. The on-site estimate is free.

Will a pebble finish feel rough?

You'll feel some texture with standard pebble. Mini pebble is smoother because the stones are smaller. Plaster and quartz feel the smoothest.

Should I replace my tile at the same time?

If your tile is cracked or crusted with scale, it's a good time. The pool is already empty, so you skip a second drain later.

Can I finance a resurfacing job?

Yes, through Lyon Financial. Ask about it when we come out for your estimate.

Service area questions

Can't find your answer? Call (602) 550-8627.

Where are you based?

Our office is at 8940 W Sells Dr in west Phoenix. From there we cover the West Valley, the East Valley, and the towns up north along I-17.

Do you charge more to come out to my city?

No. The first visit is free anywhere we work. We meet you at your pool, and you get a written estimate before any work starts.

My city isn't listed. Can you still help?

Maybe. Call (602) 550-8627 with your address and we'll tell you if it's in range.

Is the work the same in every city?

The crew and the finishes are the same. What changes is the pool: its age, how the yard is set up, and any HOA rules for deck or wall changes.

Can you help with HOA approval?

Ask your HOA what it needs to see first. We can talk it through at your free visit, and you'll have our written scope and estimate to share.

Is financing available in every city?

Yes. Financing through Lyon Financial is open to projects anywhere we work.

Should I get an estimate before I apply?

It helps. With our written estimate in hand, you know the amount to ask for and can pick a plan that fits it.

Does financing change the work or the schedule?

No. The scope, the crew, and the schedule are the same whether you pay up front or over time.

What rates and terms are available?

That's set by Lyon Financial based on your application.

A free visit. At your pool.

Tell us what you'd like to change. We'll set up a time to meet at your pool and talk it through.
